1. Nature of the Service

Mana Reset provides private, in-room wellness and stress relief sessions designed specifically for solo female travelers. Our services include breathwork, somatic presence, energy clearing, and conversational support.

Important Medical Disclaimer: Mana Reset is not a medical facility, and our practitioners are not licensed physicians, psychologists, or therapists. Our services do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical mental health counseling. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek immediate professional medical attention.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings must be confirmed via secure online payment or invoiced payment prior to the session. By providing your payment information, you authorize our third-party payment processor (Stripe) to charge the stated amount. Travel fees for locations outside of Waikiki will be automatically calculated or invoiced separately.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We respect your time and ours. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the total service fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount without refund.

4. Code of Conduct and Safety

Mana Reset strictly serves female clients to maintain a safe, specialized environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session immediately if the practitioner feels unsafe, if there is a violation of boundaries, or if the client is under the influence of illicit substances. In such cases of termination due to misconduct, no refunds will be issued.

5. Limitation of Liability

By participating in a Mana Reset session, you agree to assume full responsibility for your own well-being. Mana Reset and its practitioners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, or emotional discomfort arising from the use of our services.
